Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the products.
If several products ordered in one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the final product.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may, for example, send your statement by post or email.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the products without any accompanying statement does not necessarily constitute a clear declaration of withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will not reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery method.
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. A different method will be used only if expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Returning the products
You must send or hand over the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The return deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Please retain proof of postage until the return has been processed. You are not required to use a particular shipping method.
We kindly ask you to notify us of the return in advance by emailing welcome@fabrari.com and including your order number. This helps us process your return, but advance notification is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Inspection and reduction in value
You may inspect the products to the same extent as you would be able to in a physical shop.
You are liable for any reduction in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Please avoid stains, odours, damage, removing permanently attached labels or wearing garments beyond a normal fitting.
The absence of the original packaging does not exclude the right of withdrawal. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging that adequately protects the products during transport.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised to meet the customer’s individual needs.
Selecting a standard size, colour or product option does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
The production of an item as part of a small or limited edition does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal either.
Where the right of withdrawal is excluded for an individually made product, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page and before the order is submitted.
